It is clunky and I am replacing it. It does function, just not smoothly.

there is no neutral switch
i was hoping this would fix my throttle controls but on installation found that it does not have a neutral safety switch, which makes the product useless. tried to locate a contact number or feedback for the seller but they do not supply that. I was hoping they had an alternative product but with no contact info it became impossible to give them any orders.
