No, this cable is for skywatcher telescope , Not works for Celestron . USB to connect the PC /Asiair box, RJ45 to connect skywatcher telescope mount .

Yes it will. I use Stellarmate and it works fine.

3 wires , it is a USB /PCto Skywatcher Telecope Mount cable or Asiair control box to Mount . it is works for skywatcher Heq5 pro AZEQ5 AZEQ6 . But for other device. it may not works .
