I go live sometimes and that’s the number one question I get when I use this mount. Lol. I love that I don’t have to download an app to my phone for this to work. The lens in it follows me and holds my phone stable. It’s the best motion mount I’ve bought. It is great for the price. I’ve also been able to connect it to mount on my ring light. Very easy to use just turn it on. Make sure the light is blue, I messed up on first use and the light was green and almost gave a bad review. Lol. Hope this helps.

Works great on zoom calls. Was on a call and couldn’t figure out why the persons phone continued to track them through around the room that they were in. Found out about this device and purchased it from Amazon. Works great as long as it’s charged. If you are a person that does not, use a zoom call or any other video conferencing. You may want to set up a schedule to charge periodically.

I think this device works well. It seem to take me awhile to notice it is powered on. The power indicator is almost hard to see. However it seem to recognize and follow me right away. It's too bad I have to take my smartphone out of its case in order for it to fit and hold on the auto tracker. I have a similar issue when I use my tablet. It has to be in a case in order for the tracker to hold it securely, otherwise I'm afraid it will simply slide off since I can't get the mount to screw in any closer.

I ordered this because I was curious. I travel solo quite a lot, and thought it would be nice for hands-free videos. This device is actually not bad for the price. I played around with it for a bit, and I think it works pretty well. I loved how I can attach it to my tripod to adjust the perspective.However, there are things that could be improved. It’s lightweight but quite bulky. I wouldn’t want to pack this for trip when I am already struggling with space. I don’t know what other brands offer, but this can easily be half the size of what it is in my opinion. The phone attachment could be better. Currently, you can only attach the phone horizontally, and screwing and unscrewing the knob to keep the phone secure is irritating because sometimes it jams.Lastly, the face following is pretty neat, but there is a delay sometimes. I tested it a few times, where I would move across the room at a faster pace and it seemed confused. It followed me with a few seconds delay. I also noticed that if I am not looking at the camera it does not follow me. I thought it was driven by motion sensors, and not face recognition, but that might just be on me.Overall it’s a handy device but I decided it is not for me mainly for its size.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband and I love this is so comfortable to me that I can keep clean my apartment and doesn’t the phone with me I can keep talking love it just have one day used and wow very impressive I really recommend especial good price as well note have under different color as you preferred that amazing the colors reflect in the night

Come to find out I didn't need the remote I had purchased my old one had somehow got unpaired. I sent it back and was given a prompt credit that I used to purchase the face recognition device. Which works great for what I needed it for. Although it doesn't adjust wide enough to fit my phone while its in the plastic case that I have, I'm still very satisfied with it not that hard to take my phone out of the case. It does adjust for most phones or iPads I'm sure. I recommend it. Thank you for such great service
