Works as advertised
Had this bulb for over 1 month now. Have had no issues like some of the other reviewers yet. It's hooked up to a timer that turns it on and off once a day. Please note: If you turn it off or it loses power, it's likely not dead, it won't turn back on for about 15 or so minutes. Probably due to a cool down safety feature. Great price. Would probably order again.

Lasts a long time
Love this brand the light bulb has lasted us a long time there for a while we were buying bulbs every few weeks but with this bulb we have not had to buy them as often.

Bulb caught fire
When I turned on the lamp the bulb started crackling and smoking and smoke came out of it with a smell like burnt plastic. Thankfully it happened right as I turned it on so I was there and could turn it off immediately, but this could have started a fire.

Quality uvb for reasonable price
It puts out strong uvb and has good heat. Nice low cost product. Bulb lasts 8 months before the ubv starts to dwindle. Good product for nice price.

Didn’t last long
This did not last long at all. The previous bulb we had lasted months and this went out within a month.
