Q: Would these hold up to a 10 hour work day where I am on my feet most of the day without leaving my feet hurting or the shoe falling apart from wear?

I used these at a job where I had to stand and move around for 8 to 12 hours every day and they were very comfortable and my feet were never sore and I never got blisters. These are perfect if you need to dress up for something that will keep you on your feet for a long time.

Q: are these able to foldup for packing?

Yes, these are very easy to fold up for packing. They have a very soft sole which makes folding very easy.

Q: What is the difference between b(m) and c/d?

c/d is suppose to be wider than b(medium) but in this shoe I did not find the c/d wider.

Q: Do these run true to size? I normally buy a 7 - 7 1/2 shoe.

I almost always wear a size 7 in all types of shoes but for this shoe I needed a 7 1/2. It ran small but I ordered the Pewter flat which is listed as fabric material vs the leather flat so I don’t know if that makes a difference in fit/size
