I open up the Amazon packaging to be greeted with a foul meat like smell, and then I open the box, still planning on using it, but after opening it I question if the product is safe for my hair. Something inside the box completely melted the instructions, so now I have no clue is this is safe to use. I don’t recommend this product, I wasted at least $20, and I’m extremely disappointed.

This is the second time using this product, but I had locs this time around. It barely took the red dye out of my hair so I had to use Bleach instead

Was trying to avoid using bleach on my hair so I tried this. I had low expectations bc I have black box dye in my hair but this stuff literally did nothing and it took over an hour of processing/rinsing/shampooing time for literally nothing. Not one shade lighter and still ended up having to use bleach after doing two rounds of this. Also the smell washes out of ur hair but IT DOES NOT come off of anything else so be aware of what you're wearing/touching bc my bathroom still smells bad after 4 days

Thought this was a stronger, better product, opened the package that took forever to arrive and same thing I spent 1/2 on for 2 boxes at Walmart. Different image in this product description threw me off. $30 vs approx $15. Can't return cuz I don't have a printer. This might work for temporary hair color but didn't work for dark brown perm hair color (2 boxes) so I definitely didn't want to spend twice as much for yet another box of the same thing.

This product requires rinsing in stages and when I contacted the manufacturer, they were very quick to reply and stated that it actually adds up to 30mins of rinsing in stages. You also have to wait 5 & 10 mins between rinsing. I don’t think my water heater could keep up with running that long before going completely cold.I must say tho that according to Chat AI this product was one of the first it mentioned.There’s another ones out there that you can try if you just google it.I am returning mine without trying due to the vast number of reviews saying it doesn’t work.I’m not going through all that for nothing.
