I have purchase several versions of these over the last few years and find them great for holding a bunch of paperwork together on a per project basis in my stack of to-do items. Most versions seem well made and this product is as well. Each should last a long time. For this version they are described as "ice" colored. Read that as "lightly frosted". I have tried the ones that come in packets of mixed colors, all clear and now the "ice" ones. For how I use them the clear ones work best for me. However, I can see where the color ones could be used to code the folders and the "ice" one just look a bit neater and cleaner compared to the clear ones after they are used a while. Thus, for me maximizing easily reading the top sheet inside the folder is more useful than having the desk look neater and cleaner. You can still read the top sheet in the "ice" ones but not as easily. Your preference may go the other way, as I see it as a question of taste. They all work for me.

This is my go to file pocket organizer. I like that it is not entirely clear , it is ‘ frosted’ . I use these independently and within my hanging file storage for my business when I have subcategories I want to keep organized !

I have been using the Office Depot Brand sleeves for 10 years and I love them. I was just reminded to buy some more when one of my faculty knocked on my door and asked for some. They have to be made by pendaflex, because they're cut exactly the same as these. These plastic sleeves last 10 times longer and wear far better than any paper folders, and you don't need a label on the outside to remember what's in it. If I can only find two and I have four small projects, I can put two in each, both facing out. I learned about these from a British friend about 10 years ago. He described them, but they're quite hard to find in the States. This Pendaflex product is the item to get if you're going with Amazon, though I prefer the finish and translucency and weight of the Office Depot branded version. The Avery plastic sleeves (http://www.amazon.com/Avery-Plastic-Sleeves-Clear-72311/dp/B000RMO37M/) are flimsy and the Avery heavy-duty plastic sleeves (http://www.amazon.com/Avery-Heavy-Duty-Plastic-Polypropylene-72611/dp/B000084QU1) are too big on one side. I was running low so I'm glad Amazon has these!My only complaint with these is that they're semi-opaque which makes for a lot more surface glare compared to the Office Depot branded version.Overall, I'd give this a 4 and the Office Depot brand ones a 5. One downer about the Office Depot branded ones is they cost more on Amazon after shipping.

This is the ideal file cover. In life, you need to take one item at a time. These file covers let you bundle all of the paperwork that is involved with that item into several, categorized file cover and tuck them all into a file folder to cinch them all together. You'll never lose a piece of paper again.

I bought these along with Smead and Sparco and found these to be the best I like the color, the material and the price was really fair. I really like the frosted white, these feels slightly thicker than the others and is about 1/4 inch on the top and side which is better able to keep letter size papers in. I would definitely buy these again!

Very thin and flmsy as it is just a pocket to hold my files. It is somewhat colored so the data is not clearly seen from a distance when I keep my project files on my desk. I use a slanted file holder so these cannot sit in the lower sections where the holder does not come up too high. The folder will bend over. But this works great in the taller sections. In my hanging file folders in my drawer, this makes it easier to find my projects based on factories or suppliers.I find it easier to use these versus manila folders. I can see what I need at a glance and get to my information much faster.

These are great for organizing and keeping papers neat and professional. I like the clear makes things easy to see. Sturdy, well made and long lasting.
