Great for exercising
Excellent machine! I always did my walking in a park but was limited with the weather, ie: rain, cold, snow. So now I have no excuses! Well built, no noisy motor, very easy to assemble

Broken and missing parts.
The media could not be loaded. The product came broken(the cup & phone holder was broken away from the treadmill frame) and not the right parts to put together fully. Screws missing so the programmer station doesn’t sit up right to be able to see it as you walk. Also one if the holes for a main support screw was not punched out. The power cord casing is broken. I had to pay someone to come put it together and now its not even a functional treadmill. The box was also pretty broken which may have contributed to broken parts inside.

Nice compact little treadmill
Nice compact treadmill which fulfills my need to get a work out every day. It was a struggle at first to get it into my bed room due to hydraulic lift that one folds it up with. It would help if it were strapped closed until it is put in place as it has to go through doorways sideways and it kept falling open. The screws were somewhat hard to get in but with some elbow grease and some help we finally got it together- the directions don't mention the nuts that are required and no info about how to put end caps on other than to bang them on.The treadmill arrived with a length of the plastic that had broken off the outside plastic edge of the running board during shipping. Besides this minor flaw I am enjoying the treadmill but am careful not to stress it too much.if your looking for something sturdier I would give this one a pass. Ive had it for a little over a month so I cant gauge its durability/longevity. But I don't recommend running on it or larger folks trying to use it. The belt is quite narrow too but its fine for me so far so good.

very pleased with this purchase
I've been using this for about 2 months now and am very pleased with this purchase. I'm happy with the size and range of speed. It's easy to use and doesn't take up too much space. The cup holders are tilted at an angle that they don't really hold much well, but the spot for your phone is fantastic. It slides on my hardwood floors a little, but that's not a big deal to me and I could get a mat for it. As some said, there is no pause button, but I don't really think that's a big deal either. Great purchase for the price.

If there's a problem, serenelife has PATHETIC customer service
The treadmill works fine. But upon installation one of the bolt hole tabs coming off the electronic display was not welded at the same spot as the other side. So I could not get a bolt in. As the bolt holes do not line up. At all. After a terrible headache of a time I got through to serenelife customer service (pyle). The representative first whispered for a while. No joke. Then when I finally convinced her to talk louder, I realized she's got a VERY heavy accent. I could understand about one in every two words. I had to constantly ask her to repeat. And she asked me maybe four or five times what the problem was. It was terrible. One of my worst experiences ever. They say it's covered under warranty. So they emailed me a request for a receipt. I sent it. Three days later, still no contact. So I emailed again. No response. Another day, no response. So I emailed again. It's been five days. I paid $400 and something dollars! It shouldn't be this hard. I recommend not buying this brand period. Serenelife and Pyle suck hard. They would not respond in a timely manner to help me with this problem. They offered me a measly $50 PayPal "inconvenience" fee. Chump change. I refused. Unprofessional.

This Is A Nice Study Treadmill That Gets The Job Done But It's Small Compared To Other Ones I've Had
The treadmill came and I was so excited because my old workhorse that I had for over 10 years suddenly died. It was fairly easy to put together but it took two people to do it and my husband helped by holding certain parts in place while either he or I attached them. This wasn't bad at all, but once it was together I wondered where the rest of it was? This Is a great treadmill for apartments or small rooms because it is small also. I'm 63 years old and I don't run on my treadmills but instead use it for speed walking and duration walking and the little guy works fine for this. It's a sturdy piece of equipment and the kick release feature is nice (all you have to do to lower the running surface is gently kick a bar underneath),to close it, you simply lift it up and it holds in place. So all in all I like it and it meets my needs. Living in a apartment myself, it's nice in size and don't let it's size fool you because it's a solid treadmill. It's like me, "small but tougher than steel"! I'd recommend it but be aware that it's not like the large bulky treadmills of the past, it's small and gets the job done!
