Loved this back ice pack. Did a great job, stayed cool for an hour, then refroze again in another 2 hours. Fit very comfortable with room to tighten or loosen as needed. This was a LIFESAVER. Great quality and a great price point. Would highly recommend.

i use it to beat the heat. looks weird wearing it alone so i wear a light jacket on top. keeps me cool but obviously only works for a few hours. the condensation even drops on the outside as opposed to getting your shirt wet

This is amazing. The fleece doesn’t get soaked through from the ice pack it stays totally dry!! I use it to cool off and it’s absolutely perfect. My mum will borrow it for when she hurts her back and she also loves it.

This is a great ice pack if you want one that covers a large area. I'm 5'7" and find that is fits a s pictured. The plush side is great because it controls the coldness so you won't freeze yourself, and also wont get wet from condensation like the other side does. It stays cold for at least 1/2 an hour and won't move around like an ice bag will. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's not comfortable around the neck because there's a sharp seam there, but it's tolerable, and worth it, to have the ice in that area. The rectangular back ones offer a lot of coverage across your back, but some people only need the ice on their spine. The idea someone shared about wearing it in hot weather is brilliant. I think it could even save someone during a heat spell.
