I complained to the seller and they subsequently replaced the gloves at no charge. The second pair that I have now are doing the same thing. I've probably used the gloves 6-8 times for each pair that I've owned. Once the grip surface starts to separate, it is the equivalent of roofing tar on your hands. I've now thrown the second pair in the trash and will not buy another Neritic product. I got 10 dives out of these over two months and the nitrile surface on the fingertips began rubbing off and the rubber armoring that is stitched onto the back of the gloves began falling off.
