10 inch Hi-Res Digital Picture Frame with 16 GB Memory (V10)

Got it for a gift. Wife loved it

After we discovered we had to use a PC (not a Mac) to upload the photos, everything worked great. We did, however, try for several days to make it work using a Mac before we decided to try something else. The photos looks great. But sometimes the frame will get stuck on one image for a while before moving on to the next photo.

Great picture clarity. Had a problem with images being upside down and sideways so I wrote the seller. They responded next day with a solution (it was a Windows issue). I would buy this product again. It would be better if the picture frame itself could re-orient the picture since it has a button to do so on the remote but those changes are not saved, otherwise I would rate it a 5.

I also had a problem with a MAC. l I wish I had read the reviews. After talking to tech support, they told me that a MAC puts duplicate files on an external storage device that the frame cannot read. In order to use the photo frame I would have to delete all of these duplicate files on the frame. Screw that. I sent it back and bought another brand.

Bought 2 of these for Christmas. Wish I would of had time to return so I could have ordered a frame from another maker. Pros: -size of the frame -was on sale for 69.99 -uses USB or SD Cons: -16 GB thumb drive locks up after uploading 8 pictures. Tried re-formatting drive but still locks up which means bad hardware -also as others mentioned the processor transitions photos with a lag -wish you did not have to make setting changes using only the controller

I bought it for my mother-in-law, thinking she would love to see pictures of her grandchildren, and great grandchildren floating by whenever she entered the room. Product has a motion detector that turns it off when there is no motion in the room and resumes the instant someone enters. The frame is a great size, very easy to set up. Perfect for our desk, and displays the digital pictures beautifully!

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend's mom and she absolutely loves it. The problem is that not all the pictures adjust with the settings of the frame. Some look stretched out, and unless I set it to the size of the original picture, which is small, it stays stretched out

En general me ha parecido muy caro para la calidad de la pantalla y funciones que tiene. Hoy en dia no me parece razonable que un marco digital que solo sirve para poner fotos cueste lo mismo que una tablet con todo tipo de funcionalidad. Aparte, he tenido varios problemas que paso a detallar: 1) Fotos en formato 16:9 no se pueden poner en pantalla completa porque las muestra distorsionadas, es incapaz de optimizarlas manteniendo su aspecto original. 2) Mi unidad tenía un pequeño destello en el margen inferior derecho que afectaba la pantalla y la calidad final. 3) No es capaz de leer videos grabados con un movil en formato .mp4. Al final lo acabé devolviendo.

je l ai acheté pour la fete des meres. je suis parti en nouvelle caledonie pour 3 mois de vacances de retour dans la famille. je telecharge des photos sur la clef usb et je branche. ça me dit qu il y a un stokage externe, puis l appareil s éteint et redémarre sans cesse. Impossible de le faire fonctionner correctement. quelle déception, mon cadeau pour ma mère est foireux. impossible de voir les photos de ses petits enfants. en plus je ne suis plus en France pendant 3 mois. je viens d envoyer un message à everframe pour faire marcher la garantie même si l appareil repartirais de Nouméa, j attends leur réponse et je verrai bien, j espère encore un bon geste de leur part car s il faut payer les frais de ports, fait ch--er ! ça m apprendra à ne pas vérifier les achats dès la réception.....

Bought it for a Birthday present too early. Left it too long to try. It doesn't work, won't even switch on. Only found out after return date expired. Not happy.
