Q: Will this board be able to handle two 12V batteries running in prallel?

Its a 24v ESC. - 2 x 12v in series will give you 24v. -2 x 12v in parallel will give you 12v longer run time tho not sure why you would run a 24v esc on 12v it may not function as intended.

Q: Can i convert Rx18 to rx30 and run with 20v drill battery?

Yes you can. As other comments have been made, this is possible. I converted mine to 18v with this kit.

Q: Can i just use this or do i have to upgrade all the wires?

Hello, the product is not suitable for modification, you must buy the original controller of the same type of socket, but also need to upgrade the wire
