does this hae a cut out for wires on the back?

Hello. No it does not have cut for wires. I do recommend the product since I own it. It protects!

Will this fit on a xbox 360 E?

I have no idea on that one! The company that makes the Digital Dust Covers, custom makes them for each console deck, so you would have to ask them if they make one for the Xbox 360E! Chances are they do, as this is ALL they do is make these Dust covers!

does this fit the fat console or just the slim?

It fits the Fat. I use it for the fat console only. Not sure about the slim

Will this fit the super slim ps3?

No, this cover is intended to fit the original, or "fat" PS3. You can, however, find covers for the super slim PS3 on the page below: https://www.digitaldeckcovers.com/products/SONY-PLAYSTATION3-ULTRA-SLIM.html Thanks in advance.
