I don't think I can truthfully say I love it but I wanted to give a five star because I do like it. It is sturdy but yet light weight. The bracelet was too large for my wrist so our daughter took five or six links out of each side. I measured my wrist at seven inches and then added a half inch as was suggested in an ad I read. I am not sure if it was on MID or not. Anyway, it fits now and I wore it tonight going for blood work. It showed the nurse that she could not take blood out of my right arm.Very nice engraving. Small and yet very readable.I would order from again if and when the need arrives.Thank you for prompt service.

I wanted a small unobtrusive bracket that wasn't super feminine or tacky. It was also important for me to have the writing on the inside, because it's for a medication that I consider private.The bracelet is nicely made. It doesn't look cheap, nor does it look overly fancy. The inside writing is actually engraved, as well as being black (which makes it much more visible), so I'm not worried about the writing coming off like I would be if it were just printed.The red symbol on the outside is also engraved in the metal, with the red being a slightly shiny, like a lacquer.The chain was quite long; I don't think it could be too small for anyone's wrist. I removed the larger round end link with needle nosed pliers, then used the wire cutter part of the pliers to cut off the chain to where I wanted it to be, then used the pliers to put the round larger end link back so it would be easier to do the clasp.I'm able to put it on one handed without too much difficulty, but it is a bit more difficult to get the clasp in one of the smaller chain links (although it's doable). If you do trim the chain, I would recommend putting the larger link on the new end (Shown in one of my pics)I'll update this review if anything goes wrong, but right now I'm very happy with this bracelet and have no complaints.

I am happy with the size. It gives plenty of room for comfort. The only flaw is that the red part wears off too quickly.

The writing was so small you had to get a magnifying glass to read. Totally unacceptable. Would not give refund. Do not buy this product.

This is light and small. I don't notice I even have it on. And I just had the extra 3 links cut off to keep it tight. Well made and I like it alot. It won't break like my other ones.

Great choice for anyone wanting a durable and not heavy or clunky piece of jewelry to be worn constantly. I am a very large woman and needed the extra length this brand offered. The center piece is a tad small for my liking BUT I was still able to add needed info and it is pretty easy to read. Very satisfied overall.

Well made and nicely engraved. Band is long enough, but the medallion is small. Would be great for children or women in their size. Looks odd on a “big guy”!

This alert bracelet is great. Not too bulky, but big enough to serve its purpose. Considering its smaller size, there's a lot of room to include important information (more than most bracelets ive looked at) on the back and its easy to read. Im very happy with this company and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for medical alert jewelry.
