**Q: How do I switch it to Amateur frequencies?**
A: This is a GMRS only radio.  It will not change to the amateur frequencies.   There are other radios from QYT as well as B-tech that will allow access to amateur bands as well as GMRS frequencies.  However this radios at not FCC approved for use on FRS and GMRS frequencies

**Q: speaker output- is the audio output a normal jack or 
something special? a 1/4" jack?**
A: Believe or is a normal audio out Jack

**Q: Which Antenna does it use?**
A: A Dual Band Antenna Patriot or Cushcraft. Some of the GMRS channels have been blocked in this model.

**Q: what would i buy to plug this in to an AC adapter at home instead of vehicle?**
A: Will need to buy a power converter. 12 volt DC to 110/120 volt aC
