The product came as described. This is the first assembly of a product that I have attempted in a very long time. I am semi-retired so there's plenty of time to figure things out. What confused me: When I started assembly I read the size on the pneumatic tires and they were 8 inches. So I assumed the tires were 8 inches and I tried to assemble based on that. The tires did not fit so I defaulted to use the 10 inch tire instructions, feeling frustrated. I also assumed that the large and small washers had to be used to help prevent dust and dirt from getting into the bearings. I hadn't watched the video. The video says any combination is acceptable. So I struggled with that. I still want to grind down the washers so that all of the tires will get two large and two small washers.

I bought this for a move-in to a 2nd story condo. Thus far I have been very happy with the item, and the stair climber add-on I purchased. One of the people who helped us move liked it so much he asked to borrow it when his mom was moving.

Many years ago when I worked in a factory I used one of these and it was always my favorite. Light weight, sturdy, single handle in the center leaves he other hand free for steadying the load, it's perfect! Made in the USA was the icing on the cake...

BEST HAND TRUCK EVER. THE ONE HANDLE IN THE CENTER MAKES IT SO EASY TO HAUL HEAVY OBJECTS. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.
