Q: Does the company sell smaller tips?

The NozeBot only has a single sized tip/nosepiece which was designed as a one-size-fits-all. The wide taper helps to prevent over insertion into the nostril.

Q: Does this product get the snot that’s far back in the nose. Like the suction you would get at the hospital?

The suction is strong. I would say it tends to clear out better for my toddler than my infant. It loosens it up more for my infant more than gets it out. There always sounds like there is some left even when lots comes out, but this is true for any one we have used. It’s definitely helped them both!

The NozeBot charges with a 5V input and operates with a 7.4V lithium ion battery.

Q: Does it have a Silicone tip?

The main body of the nosepiece (including the tip) is durable polypropylene. The tip is rounded and smooth to provide maximum comfort while suctioning. The finger grip and plug (blue portions of the nosepiece) are silicone.
