CLEAN WATER
To be able to go from spigot to fish tank is a wonderful thing. These were an add on to the 5 stage RO filter and what a wonderful thing to taste good clean water.

Good replacement, but lacks parts
Good product, but difficult to install. No instructions included and it was a year since I installed the original. No parts included that should be replaced when swapping out filters, but the overall function of the product is great. Best water filter system I have used so far.

Does not work at all
Absolute worst di cartridge I have ever used. It’s as if they didn’t include any di resin. Does not reduce tds after ro membrane. Ro membrane after 30 min of running makes tds of 2 and right after the di it is still 2 tds. The di resin cartridge is brand new. Noticed express water who said they would send another one and a month later no new cartridge. Horrible product and customer service. Update: lasted less than 1 month with 1-2 times a day usage. The tds creep is maxed at 30. Garbage filter and customer support is even worse. Stay away from these filter and express water.

Great filter
These ion filters took my water from the RO TDS of 15 down to 1. Water is excellent with Crystal clear ice.

RECALLED
Water had an Oder to it. Filled up my daily pitcher for my pill routine and after pouring into a glass it had a stale or fishy Oder to it. Gave one to my son and he said they have been recalled. Purchased August 6, 2019

No more scaling on vaporizer
It does affect the taste, which surprised me. The most important factor to me is that the coffee maker, vaporizer and kettle did not need de-scaling after installing the de-ionizing filter. Ive had RO filters for many years but this is the first one with a de-ionizing filter. Scale was always a problem with even 5 stage RO filters. Scaling was less frequent but still a problem. The de-ionizing filter made a huge difference.
