This thing worked out of the box so I had high hopes, which quickly turned to disappointment. A button press turned it on and I thought I was ready to scan, only to find that it would not pair with Bluetooth by holding the button as the instructions state. I had to scan the QR code for pairing in the manual, and the scanner worked great. Fast forward a couple days after leaving it to charge. The light turns green when plugged in, which is never mentioned in the manual, it is supposed to be solid blue when charging. But now it is solid blue when unplugged and scanner will not even turn on or pair. I was supposed to use this for work this weekend, but now it is a paper weight. I returned and got a replacement with the same exact pairing issue, though it still works otherwise for now.UPDATE: I have had this for a couple weeks now after I sent Eyoyo tech support a video of the problem and they sent me a new one. The on button must be held down for 10 seconds and when released it flashes blue to pair with Bluetooth. However, still have a problem with Windows 10 PC connecting even after paired, so I have to remove the device and pair/connect again which is a pain. Pairing/connecting with Android phone is no issue.

I use this product to write orders at trade shows. It works flawlessly, scans quickly and is easy to pair with devices using the QR codes included in the instruction manual. It is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I would recommend this product for anyone needing a reliable solution for writing orders, inventory, etc.

I bought this barcode scanner about a year ago. Have used it without a problem. Three days ago I needed ti discable 1D reading so only a QR code was read. Could not make it happen. I sent an email to support (without much expectation on the speed of the response).To my surprise, I got a fast an accurate reply and could make this work in a matter of hours.Often we only look at price for a device and not pay attention to other value-added aspects such a support.Kudos to the Eyoyo team !

Worked out of the box but is slow to grab a barcode . We started using it and it stopped working after a week of use.. it completely stopped reading isbn but continued to scan upc codes. Overall its convenient but not worth it till they get it to work better.

I'm in IT and need to scan thousands of asset tags annually as well as on the fly scans. It's comfortable and the 360 degree is invaluable when having to reach. Careful when there are several barcodes in the same area. The trick is to point it close to the barcode you want and pull out. The more notes you take in Excel, etc. will help you narrow down when a miss-scan happens (it will). Worth every penny.
