I bought these for my daughter after an injury she had. She's an athlete so she's always either doing rehab, physical therapy, or rehab for her sport. We loved these bands with different resistance, and they came in her favorite color purple. They have a large selection of colors that you can get them in. They were so versatile that she could use them with many of the different exercises she needed to do. Very effective. Great quality and she's still using them! When you get them, they come with a cute little bag with a drawstring so you can take them with you to the gym, home, or even when you travel. My daughter took them all the way to Maui and back. Definitely recommend.

These are great. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they can roll up and that hurts when you’re trying to stretch. It like digs in a bit. But I’m guessing if you’re not thick in the thighs, it may be ok for you. The size of are exactly the size that I use in PT. They work sufficiently. They are pretty durable.

Good quality, nice colors. Varied resistance

Slightly worried with these… The X-Heavy really does not have much more resistance than the medium. My concern is there’s actually a hole in this band, you can’t actually see it until the band is being used, it just worries me that it’s going to snap on me and crap that’s going to hurt!
