Love the colors, and gets the job done!
I bought this resistance band set for at home workouts and I’m really happy with it. The bands feel durable and well made, and they don’t roll up or snap during use. They’re great for stretching, strength training, and leg and glute workouts. I also bought small weights to pair with them, and together they make my home workout setup feel complete. I love the colors, they’re affordable, and they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Overall, great quality for the price. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone building a simple home gym setup.

Cute, Compact, and Great First Impression
Arrived on time and look exactly as pictured. The colors are super cute, they’re easy to store, and they seem well made. I haven’t used them yet, but they gave a great first impression and I’m excited to try them out!

Cute bands! They have great resistance levels, exactly what I was looking for as a beginner in the fitness journey and currently in physical therapy. They are a great addition to your workout routine or home gym. They also arrived with a small mesh bag to store them when not in use which I appreciated. They stay in place and are comfortable to use. Arrived on time and packaged well.

Not for professional use.
These would be great if they were the weight/stretch it’s states it’s “estimate” weight really was accurate. There is no way the heaviest is (‘’estimate’’) weight “40lb. They are so weak. I’m small and I’m in PT and using the Xheavy (heaviest one). Don’t recommend if you want serious bands.

Perfect for home workout
These bands are great quality and come with a nice range of resistance levels. I use them for leg workouts, glutes, and even stretching. They don’t roll up or snap like some cheaper bands I’ve tried before. Super easy to use and perfect if you don’t want bulky gym equipment at home. Great value for the price!
