Item arrived in great packaging and each part was in its own protective soft like plastic material. Had full battery charge when opened the package. I’ve had this item for about a month now & just pulled it out of the packaging to wash it last night and it still had three battery life icons lit up. I hand washed it and will use and give a review on that part.

The blades are not good, they are not sharp enough. I don’t recommend buying it.

It is slow, and doesn't ever reach anything close to puree. It's tiring to hold when you have to blend for that long. I'm sorry I didn't go with a major brand instead of this unknown. Just bad.

I bought this as a gift and person opened it, charged it and it does not work. The date for return is past so can no longer return it or exchange! It’s in the garbage now!!! I do not recommend.

Pretty easy to clean. Much quieter than the plug in model I’ve been using for years. Being cordless was the main reason for the purchase.

cordless is what I really like,with the normal meet and vegetables,;food for baby is strong and powerful enough,but not for hard ones like uncooked potato, besides not too much noise,value to buy with this price.
