love Samsung Chrombooks. This is terrific! doing my review on it right now! so very cute with the fire red color. The only cons that I can report are you should never drop it. I stupidly dropped it a couple times right on its side and now it seems to be coming apart but still works. That is my fault, but maybe they could make them a little stronger. Also, I use it so much and the area where your fingers go to move the cursor gets worn down quickly. I can still use it of course, but I do not like that I can see the wear on it after only a few weeks. So that is all. Otherwise, it is a terrific little machine and so light I can take it everywhere and very easy to use with the touch screen. The big screen has great color and nice clear and vivid pics and such on the screen....great screen production value! I love it and may have to get another soon....

I use this laptop for work all the time and it perfectly suits the cause! Just be careful which Google account you sign in under on the get go because it apparently won't ever let you change the main Google account lol. I've researched like crazy and still can't change the primary account so there's that.

In 2015 I bought a Toshiba Chromebook 2 (CB35-C3300) and it was my first foray into Chromebook land. I loved that Chromebook, and after replacing the battery only once, Google abandoned it because it is too old. well, also the charging port connection wore out, so just in time I guess. So I had to find something new.Enter, the Galaxy. I first bought the Galaxy top of the line, AMOLED screen monster, and it just crashed every third time I used it and got really hot so I sent it back. it sure was pretty though. I was very skeptical about trying the G2, toned down version but here I am, writing a review for this Chromebook I purchased three months ago.While the G AMOLED was amazing to look at, this screen is really nice. and just what I need. I spend most of my time on this chatting on newsgroups or watching TV/baseball/movies/streaming etc. I do email and a few documents for my clubs, but it is minimal. Mostly I wanted something with a nice screen for movies, and easy to deal with.So far this has been great. I did get a little worried after reading a review from one person who cracked the screen just from opening the laptop, but, I've not noticed anything different from any other laptop. I open it and log on and within ten seconds I am doing what I picked it up to go do.My Toshiba was absolutely wonderful, and a high bar to cross for a Chromebook. This Galaxy has been a great replacement. Hopefully I will get the full lifespan out of this one like I did with the Toshiba.

Beautiful color does what she needs to my son told me not super fast for gaming but does the job great screen quality was curious about buying this item because of some of the previous reviews on the screen cracking from opening holds a great charge and has fast charging while charging the unit overall great product

I have a small online business so I need to be able to navigate easily. This is the most confounding confusing computer I have ever used. For example, I couldn't get my printer to work with the computer. I looked everywhere for the printer settings and finally had to do a Google search to find out that you have to click on the "time" on the bottom bar. How would I possibly know to look there?!?! There are a lot of unrecoverable quirks on this computer so often my work is lost. When opening a second tab, it opens it in a small box in the upper left hand corner. By the time I figured that out, I had 6 tabs open. Why????This is a very UNintuitive computer, especially for someone like me who is not a "genius" computer person. I just found out it is too late for me to return. It has really made working online in my shop much more of a hassle and I don't look forward to it anymore.Unless you are a computer wizard, and don't mind frustration, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPUTER!!!!!

Needed a small laptop I could travel with and this one is great. Super lightweight, small enough I can easily bring it along and simple to use. I do recommend using a stylist for the touch screen as it's super sensitive and a small screen.
