I am 5'4" 36c and i always get lg in shirt. I got an xl in the dress and it fit perfect. So what size you normally wear go up on. But you might want to go up 2. Thia way if to big you can have it fitted. Rather have it too big then to small

Hello XX I am 20 lbs heavier, same height. I got size 4X but it was way too tight. Since you are 20 lbs lighter it should probably fit fine. It’s a beautiful dress. You will love it. Good luck.
