I recently purchased the Bissell CrossWave x7, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Unless you have tiny square footage I strongly do not recommend.The 2 tanks are so small that emptied the dirty tank and refilled the clean tank so often that I went though 1/2 an 84 oz jug of cleaner. At $25 a bottle, that's not cheap.I have a 12' square kitchen and the battery ran out before I could finish the cleaning the hardwood. It does take every minute of 4 hours to recharge so I had to wait til the next day to do the kitchen vinyl floor. Barely finished on before the battery ran out again.If you have a moderate size home and/or multiple pets do not buy. I have multiple senior cats prone to gacking.Maybe good for daily spot cleaning of tiny areas but not even for weekly cleaning of 2 small rooms.At $450? I suggest you take a hard pass.

So I bought the old version of us it was a blue with a cord and it was absolutely awful you had a wash the roller it didn’t even touch the floor properly I didn’t get enough stuff off the floor it would miss so much hair and so when I saw that they made a new version of this I decided I wanted to try it and if I didn’t like it I could obviously always return it through Amazon so I bought it and I’m absolutely in love with it it’s absolutely amazing the roller cleans itself if it’s not fully clean after one you can just hit the button again and it cleans it and the rollers like clean clean like I definitely don’t need to clean it again also the it cleans like the top of your rug so well it definitely has way better suction than the old one used to it gets all the little dog hairs up I have a rug a bowl rug and it also is really great for like if you have an under layer soft pad under your rug because sometimes regular raccoons don’t get like all the little one Lenten stuff that can get on there. I recommend getting it it is a 10 out of five absolutely amazing best thing I’ve got this year

Pros good vacuum for hard floors, self cleaning cycle and easy to clean parts.Cons, alot. Does not work on area rugs, low pile flat rug just barely runs over, if you have a high pile doesn't work at all. Does not lay down so cannot go under any furniture at all, none even bar stools. Does not dispense the mop water across the whole brush it is just at the ends, the wheels leave marks on my floor and does not clean well. Very expensive vacuum and I was really hoping it would work to make cleaning/mopping my hardwood floors a one step process. My $59 shark does a better job. I would return but did not keep box. I will contact Bissell and see if there is a way to return. Very expensive considering it is OK at best

This works great on all of our floors, and we have 4 dogs to keep up with. Only thing I didn't like was it onky lasts about 25 minutes, then takes almost 4 hours to charge. Manufactur/Seller does state this, but I thought it would be ok.We did keep it for smaller jobs, but also purchased the corded one - so we can use it for the entire house.Works EXCELLENT and the only thing we use to clean our floors, time saving and very easy!

The media could not be loaded. Pros: The vacuum is super light weight and easy to assemble and use. It gets up a lot of dirt. Even sweeping first it finds dirt. It works great on my tile, linoleum and hardwood floors. Cons: The dirty water bin fills up super fast, is gross to deal with and makes cleaning 3x longer. The after care is a pain with having to disassemble and clean all the parts. It is about 1” from any edge, doorways, walls etc. also it will not go under any furniture.The one time I tried it on rugs it got clogged and did not work.

I bought the bissel thinking it would clean my floor and suck all the dirty water up. The roller is like a soft rag texture. So very dirty areas were not getting cleaned, then the sucking power was not what I expected. The only thing I can say that I liked was it was cordless and light. Not sure how long it would run either. I have a 12x20 kitchen plus a hall and the tank really wasn't large enough to do the whole thing. I returned it and went to a store nearby and bought Hoover floormate because it had scrubbing brushes, it didn't really scrub that well and there was no suction power. The floor was really wet afterwards. It was worse than the bissel. So, in my opinion there are no machines out there that can really scrub and suck all the dirt and water up, maybe a commercial machine. The bissel just was too expensive for the quality of cleaning it could do. I would not recommend the hoover.

Overall would I recommend this product? Yes! It is does the job of both a vacuum and a mop all at once which cuts down cleaning time by half. Couple of criticisms though: sometimes if the roller is over saturated it will leave water marks on the floor. This not a vacuum that you can use to reach high areas in your house. It’s just not make for that so you will need a dust buster or something for those hard to reach high corners. The device itself is pretty heavy so if that’s an issue don’t get this.
