I have been a SodaStream customer for quite some time and am generally very satisfied with the quality and convenience of the product. I use the CO₂ cylinders to make sparkling water at home, and each cylinder lasts me about 2 to 3 months, depending on usage.On one occasion, one of the cylinders I purchased had an issue and stopped working properly from the very first use. When I reported it, I received a quick and very attentive response from customer service, who handled my case efficiently and kindly.I really appreciate SodaStream’s commitment to customer satisfaction and the way they resolve any issues that may arise.I recommend the product and especially highlight the quality of their after-sales service.

Very dissatisfied with the vendor. I recently found out that the soda stream does not accept returns if longer than 6 months. After discussing this with Soda Stream they offered no resolution. I later found out that there are other serves that offer co2 gas for mush less. There is no legitimate reason why they can offer me the refund for the $30 deposit which I paid at time of purchase. There is no place on their website, or in the Amazon add or on the return box that states that the bottles need to be returned within 6 months of purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I use this subscription product with our SodaStream to make seltzer water. I love not having to purchase cases of seltzer (heavy and lots of recycling). Two canisters arrive on your designated shipping schedule. When the canisters are kicked, simply load them back into the cardboard box they came in, seal with tape, tear off shipping label to access the pre-addressed return label, and pop it in your mailbox.
