I've been using it for over 20 years
Kent Discus Essentials were part of my RO water conditioning routine for several years. I stopped using RO but never stopped using Discus Essentials. I was disappointed when it disappeared from the market as its main competitor smells like chemicals. Fortunately, while looking for an alternative, I tried this product and noticed the signature of "Jack Kent" on the back label :) I swear by it and highly recommend it.
