This wall button is powered by the opener and it doesn't use any batteries. If you see that in the listing then the listing is incorrect.

Will i have to re program it or anything ,or is it connect and play?

If it is a like for like replacement, it is plug and play. I did not have to program anything.

can i use two of these on one garage door?

I would say no, for the second switch use a basic switch (just open/close)
