Excellent machine, simple and effective, well made with full instructions and easy to use. When I had a problem (my fault) I got rapid and correct technical advice to correct it. Sufficiently satisfied that I've bought a second one.

Not being used for its original intention, but has proved useful when doing a kinda 'data entry' task, in short I have templates of a 2D Design and I wanted to put students names on (mail merge doesn't work here) so created excel with list of names (and other info) had it auto create QR Codes, open the template, edit text box, scan code info added, save/close open next file etc. Cost is really good, instructions are fairly easy, used a USB Dongle rather than Bluetooth. Scan 95% of the time (sometimes aiming is off and it scans the wrong QR, (so I go with showing one at a time). The only downside is job every so often, it's easier to clear settings, reconnect to get the device working after an extended time of not being used (IT-Turn it on and off situation). Happy with end product

Great price, great product.

Good barcode scanner, does the job. However, recently, when I try to scan a barcode it adds in an "a" before the barcode is paster into the text fields. This means I have to manually go in and remove the "a" before the barcode can be ingested by the system. Tried resetting, won't do anything. Other than that, no major flaws.

Great price. Scans straight into a web site search. Saves hours and hours of typing in names or bar codes.

Very good scanner Reliable. My team has been using this for about week now and it has worked every time . Amazing customer support team! My one got sent without a charger and I very quickly received a new scanner with the charger .

Cannot believe this is Amazon's best seller. Firstly it stinks when you open the package, I mean really smells bad. The instruction manual tells you absolutely nothing about the actual synching to your PC so although the scanner bleeps I've absolutely no idea how to relay the information to where I need it. I've attached the dongle which bleeps when inserted but that's where it ends. Absolute garbage

At first it was fine and doing what igs made for . But now I am having quite a frustrating problem. While using the Bluetooth mode it. When it turns off automatically and then I turn it back on . It does not reconnect automatically. I'm forced to take the USB dangle in out again for it to reconnect
