Did the job!
Perfect for patching a pair of jeans with a hole on the knee. We mend good used clothing for the homeless. The price was bonus!

Strong iron on cloth
I bought a nice North Face back pack to use as my baby diaper bag but it had a hard laptop protector support, which I hated because I needed to be able to stuff the backpack underneath my stroller. Anyways, I had to cut a long slip inside the back pack to pull the hard support out. Due to the material inside the backpack it kept unthreading and this was the perfect solution. No sewing required! I just took a hot iron to the cloth and my back pack and it’s been on ever since. No threading and still stuck on there. 10/10 recommend!

Worked great, just a bit stiff
The product worked as advertised, iron on was easy and seemed to adhere well to old jeans I was repairing. The patches were quite stiff though, I am hoping they will soften with washings.

Actually Sticks! And STAYS!
My son somehow ripped his favorite almost new, nylon material Pacsun pants. As you can see in the pic, it’s a huge hole! I looked up nylon repair and found this item and nylon repair iron on patches. Since the hole was so large, I used both for extra reinforcement. The color of the sticky side of this tape is neon colored and it showed through the hole on the front of the pants. The iron on patch I got separately matched perfectly, so I used it first so that it would be the color showing, if any. The tape would have been fine on its own. It’s extremely durable. I just wanted extra support due to the size of the hole, and to hide the neon. I placed the repair tape on top of the iron on patch. The tape is very soft, so it’s not irritating on the skin. I did a wash and dry test and it held up great! Look how good his pants turned out!

Iron on patches
These patches don't stick very well. Start with low heat

Not a rocket scientist, but I figured this out...read for step by step instructions.
Ok, so yes, it's impossible to read the white type directions on the package - poor design in my opinion. However, I did find it works through trial and error. Mind you, I am not using this to fix parachutes or rafts or anything that my life depends on, but I found it covers holes in yoga pants and sweaters nicely if you follow these steps and most of all BE PATIENT. If you rush, you will end up with a stickey adhesion mess.1) Start with your iron on the lowest heat setting2) Cut your patch to cover whatever hole you want to repair. I have used both straight cuts and circular cuts depending on what I want to cover.3) Use on ironing board or use a towel on a hard surface - turn your item inside out so you don't have patches showing (unless you don't care)4) Most important - the PATTERNED SIDE IS UP FACING IRON - the flat side is the adhesion side that should cover the fabric.5) SLOWLY iron on the lowest heat - keep increasing heat slowly until adhesion takes - don't ramp up the heat to the highest or you will have a sticky mess6) Hit the fabric with cool air setting on blow dyer to set it and that's it!Now that I figured it out, I am pleased with the end result. Will it last forever? Probably not, but if I can get a few wash and wears out of it, then I am fine with it. I hope this saves you any frustration. To the MFG - you might want to print directions you put INSIDE the package - just a thought! Carry on people and patch away!

Worthless Junk
I should have just flushed my money down the toilet, it would have been equally as effective as the patch(s). They ironed on normally, however, once the garment was washed, the adhesive backing completely tore loose of the patch itself, wrinkled up and fell off. I got this product because I needed a larger patch, but it was a complete waste of my time putting the patch on. I'm happy I only tried one garment as a test before doing more. Guess I'll head to the store now and get a patch that actually works.

Excellent quality
Used for a tear in my winter jacket. Sticks on nicely, so easy to use, has held up during heavy snow & freezing rain. I even steamed it in my dryer with the highest heat setting and its still stuck on - I did notice some of the glue seeped out a tiny bit after but nothing crazy. Hopefully I don't rip anything else in the future but if/when I do, I'll definitely be buying this again. Perfect for people like me who can't sew for their life!!
