Does this have the same chocolatey smell the moisturizers do? :)

Actually the Original lip moisturer does NOT have a xhocolate smell unlike the chocolate mint. It has very little scent, slightly sweet if anything at all.

Which one of the ingredients gives it the spf factor?

I have NO idea what SPF is composed of. I am, by no means, a scientist/chemist. How similar is this to the swivel sticks?

It is similar but this Lip Balm is oval shaped, not round like the swivel stick. This is the .15 oz size Lip Balm which is different than the swivel sticks which is .5 oz size.
