If you need an all-round vitamin supplement that's Kosher certified - this is a great choice. Good price for a 90-day supply. Almost everything on the list is above 100% RDA, including iron, which many supplements don't provide at 100%. The very dark-green caplets are quite large, which is normal for multivitamins. But also note that they have a certain smell to them, kind of reminiscent of vegetable nutrient supplements. It's not terrible, but if you're sensitive to it, it may bother you. If taken on an empty stomach, that smell will waft back out, so it's a good idea to take it with food (not with milk or citrus juices due to the iron content). Also note that it WILL cause changes to urine color, giving it a kind of neon yellow-green tinge. Kind of startling if you don't expect it...

I started taking it about a year ago and it feels like a good multivitamin complex

Bought them for my daughter. Smells horrible. Huge pills. My bottle is almost full, nobody wants to take them in the house!!! They might be good vitamins but I wouldn't know because they're impossible to swallow! (They don't even deserve one star!)

But they have an unpleasant odor. They're a deep green and I'm wondering whether that's from chlorophyll, spirulina, parsley, seaweed, some combination of those or something different. I can't place the smell. It's not horrible but I'd rather take something that doesn't have the odor - and when I use the bathroom my pee smells like it and is unnaturally bright yellow. I read the label carefully so I don't believe it contains anything unhealthy. It just smells weird. I can deal with it because I believe the product is improving my energy and stamina. We'll see how it goes.
