My blood pressure dropped in less than 2 weeks ! I really thought I was going to have serious problems . I adjusted the dose to work for me 1 in the morning & 1-2 before bed. My pressure is considerably lower . Went from 161/98 to 117/75 woooo I seem to stay right there ! They taste like dirt but they work
