I work from home and so raely have shoes on at my desk. The warmth from my feet affect the memory foam and pretty soon i sink into the footrest and end up hapf way to the floor

This is ok. After a while, the foam sinks in, leaving a little valley in the middle. I do like that it has a non-slip underside. And I would rather use it than not.

Makes a difference when working all day at my home office. Really helps with my back and had a bad habit of crossing my legs. Now I am more comfortable and don’t cross my legs anymore.
