These are working perfectly for the location we had in mind.

This little bookshelf serves its purpose. I bought 3 of them to use as storage for toys for my kids. One of them was cracked in 2 spots but the other 2 were perfect. It wasn't a big deal for me since this is for little kids and I'm not expecting them to stay in top shape. I think they are hit and miss on the damage. I seen a couple of other reviews where they were cracked as well. Oh also a couple wooden dowels were missing. So whoever packages these shelves needs to pay better attention. Other than that these suit my purpose and those 2 issues weren't a deal breaker for me because it still looks nice.

Was easy to put together and quite sturdy. It also fit under our window sill which short bookshelves of standard height did not. A few tips: (1) Contrary to the assembly diagram, a rubber mallet is not necessary to insert the pegs, which should go in half way. Finger pressure was fine. Besides, with a mallet, you might pound them in completely. (2) Make sure the grooves in the boards line up toward the back since this is where the backboards fit in. (3). The unfinished sides of the backboards should be facing the back along with any other unfinished edges. (4) Insert the screws in the four back plastic braces before screwing them in. This will hold the screws in place as they go in at an angle. Also be sure the narrow flange is inserted before screwing in the brace.

INCREDIBLY annoyed that the product dimensions listed on this is incorrect. I purchased two of these for my pantry floor, where I only had 23 3/4" clearance, and was so was happy to see these were 22" high. WRONG. They are actually 24" high.....my husband is altering them as I write this, and it is a PAIN. Please Amazon....correct this information so that another customer doesn't have to go through this hassle????

I have put together many of these inexpensive shelves and this is by far the best one I’ve ever had. The backing that slides into the grooves is well designed. Very sturdy and definitely better than the ones that you have to nail, highly recommend!

Worth the money

I purchased this specifically because of the dimensions listed under details and in the photos (22”H), as it was the exact height needed to fit under my bathroom vanity. I was disappointed to find out that it was too tall after putting it together. When I looked back at the listing I saw there is one other section that lists 24”H which is the accurate measurement. It’s not worth the hassle trying to send it back so I’ll have to sell it or find somewhere else to use it. Other than that it looks nice and assembly was easy.

Just what I wanted. Fit the space I wanted it for.
