Two spring-loaded screws, the RANGE in the center, the DIFFERENTIAL to the left. You turn the Range nut clockwise to increase the cut-in pressure (pressure that starts the pump, meaning lowest pressure) Turn the Differential nut clockwise to increase the cut-out pressure (max pressure to system. We started out with 20/40 psi, but was not happy with the pressure, so we gave both nuts about 4 turns. You don't want to go too high on the Differential or you'll overwork the pump and also over-pressurize the tank. You don't want the range and differential too close together or you'll wear out your pump, kicking it on and off repeatedly during one shower, for example. Best tool is a long socket, 10mm, I believe. Hint: consider installing a 1/4" nipple and a union so you can wire it and then install it without twisting the wires.
