So far works as it should

Took a min to get used to how it works but once that min was over it is pretty cool. I haven't tested it to full capacity yet, but so far at about 4 amps it stays regulated quite well. The digital readout seems accurate according to my Fluke meter. I really like the output button. It allows you to set up the voltage and current and then turn on the output. The current limit seems to work well. If I find it other than great along the way I will update the review, but for now, I think it is good value for the money.

Nice compact power supply.

Good little power supply. I was doing some anodizing of titanium and it worked perfectly for the voltages I needed. Very lightweight from what I am used to. I like the fact you can turn the output off without powering off the unit or turning the voltage all the way down. Nice to be able to change the voltage increments by pushing the knob in to advance to the next decimal position. Good purchase.

Great price, worked perfectly

We used this to set up an electrolysis tank to clean an old rusty cast iron tea kettle. For the electrolysis tank to work we needed a manual battery charger, but those aren't made anymore - all new battery chargers come with an 'auto' (safety) feature that shuts off before you can get your electrolysis to work. This DC unit allowed us to dial in the correct setting to get the tank to work. Highly recommend for electrolysis tanks, if you don't have a manual battery charger.

Change the red voltage switch on the back before plugging it in and RTFM

My review today is for the NANKADF 30v/10A power supply.Number 1 tip: make sure you change the red switch on the back to the correct voltage. It seems that they send all of them out set to 230v by default. It’s a bit hard to read the numbers on the switch since they’re color matched to the switch so make sure you have some good lighting.Just wanted to do a review since many have trouble disabling the beep and some even uploaded incorrect instructions. I don’t know if those just don’t know how to read or maybe the seller has updated the manual in the last couple of months but I’ll included a picture of the manual with all of the settings you can change. There are also other settings you can change, like whether the output will default to on or off when the power supply is powered up.I got this power supply to use for top balancing some batteries since my other power supply just uses coarse and fine adjustment knobs so it was extremely frustrating when I needed to get accurate to the hundredth or thousandths of an Amp since you have to have very, very low current to give the passive balancers on cheap BMS time to balance the cells. It works well for that, so far.One thing that I wish they’d change was to not have all of the buttons be black. At least the output button so it’s more easily identified when you’re working. The output button on my other power supply was translucent white and would light up when it was enabled and not when it was disabled. So whether it was lit up or not, that button stood out amongst the other all black buttons and knobs. As for the included accessories, I’m not using them. I prefer banana plugs for my power supply leads and a longer power cord so I’m using my own over what came with the device. Both of which are too short for my preferences and the little wires are smaller AWG than I like, tho they are large enough gauge to work fine with 10A so it’s just my preference.Overall, I like the power supply, itself. Works well and allows me to easily select the exact voltages and currents than I need. I consider it a pretty good value in the $40 and under price range.

Super useful

We already had power supplies at work, but they were big and bulky. One of my coworkers had this and after trying it out I had to get one for myself! It's so compact and lightweight. Makes it so easy to use anywhere in the lab. Good voltage and current range too. I turned the beeping off because it was too loud. The built in over current protection is very helpful. You just have one dial, but switching between voltages is still very fast. I mainly switched between 3.3V and 24V. Output is stable and accurate. No smells, and looks great. My favorite power supply.
