This knife works great. It’s great quality and easy to use. It’s sharp and can be used to cut meat easily. It’s light enough to easily use it.

Have used several times for slicing my cold smoked salmon and brisket. Good knife for the price and the packaging stays intact so that I can store the knife back in it after use and cleaning.

Big and sharp. The blade is a thinner than i prefer but it cuts well.

I've had this knife for awhile now and still use it A LOT! Length, rigidity, and ability to hold its edge are perfect!

Not sure how long it will hold up. Not the greatest quality. but super sharp. and does the trick. Its not a bad knife. Im just not confident in the soldering. its not quality but it works, comes with a nice blade, and as long as the handle stays attached, can sharpen the life out of it over and over, because it has very soft metal.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Not sharpened at all. Works fine after sharpened.

La verdad no se si recomendarlo o si no recomendarlo , el filo del cuchillo deja mucho que desear , tengo un cuchillo de cosina normal de mi madre de hace 40 años que nunca se le ha hecho nada y corta mas facil que este cuchillo , asi que me quede con un sabor de boca a medias , esperaba mas del cuchillo
