Q: Wrong size want to return it for large size?

All the shirts I ordered where the right size. Out of 10 shirts there was only one flaw, a loose button on one shirt and it was easy enough to fix that I did not return it.

Q: Would it cost extra to personalize and add a label?

I'm not sure if Red Kap does custimizations, you would have to enquire with them. What I did was order an iron on name patch and it came out great. But if you need a company name or logo, it will cost extra no matter where you get it done. Hope this is helpfull.

Q: These shirts come in long (tall). Why don't I see any tall listed?

I am 6'3 and the shirts are long enough on me.

Q: The pictures show short sleeve shirts the description says they are long sleeve. Are you selling long or short sleeve shirts?

What I ordered was short sleeved and that is what i got. If your order says long sleeves then i would look for the same one that say short sleeves. I do not trust pictures as much as descriptions, just in case.
