I placed a small piece on a magnet board and it did not slide but wasnt difficult to remove. I would say yes, would work for that.

Q: Would these stick to another magnetic sheet? Are they strong enough to hold 2 oz?

I was not happy at all with these magnetic sheets. I bought them for very light then cutting dies that I use for making my cards. And I was very disappointed because they didn’t hold well at all. They’re very strong when they’re piled all together but when you separate them from the bunch there’s very little magnetic strength
