Got it for our first baby and I am very satisfy with the product. Price is reasonable, and quality of the image is excellent.Setting up was not easy but def. not hard if follow instruction.I Love that it has a wide angle so you can view the entire room and can zoom in to see baby’s face. Night vision is clear enough to see everything I need.Also being able to control remotely helps when you are in a different room.Sound is very clear and microphone works great. I sometimes talk to my husband using the microphone when he is out and I am with the baby without my cellphone. 😂Overall great product with great price.

1 month later and I still can not get camera to work. Customer service is slow and by e-mail only. Need beter support.

Came with a wall mount and power cable. Cam resolution is very good, app has more features than the ones shown on Amazon info. Voice over the speaker is ok, it doesn’t sound so loud. Overall, good for the price.

You need to scan the codes on the box for instructions. The box did not open easily and some of the codes were torn. Be careful on how you open it. Watch the videos before you try to activate the camera. A couple of steps are not instinctive. You have to use the back button and ignore messages that come up.Once it is registered (activated and linked with your phone) it is a nice little device. I bought it to use as a temperature monitor in my camper when I leave my dog in it. The voice and motion activator worked well. There are no instructions once you have it working, just have to push buttons and figure it out.If you do not have your own internet connection and use the ones that may be available at different RV parks you would have to reset the camera each time. I am not even sure that is possible. Same if you have different mobile hotspots. I had to remember which one I used to set up the camera and make sure that one was on when I left the camper.My mobile phone had a problem and I had to reset it to factory settings. I could no longer use the camera. The company has great anti-hacking software which does not allow you to change something on your phone. You can add another phone/user as long as nothing has changed on the original phone. I contacted the company in Korea and it was apparent that they had not considered what you would need to do if your "Original Device" had a problem. They reset my account and I started over with a new email address and reset the camera (another YouTube in Korean). The camera would not connect with my internet. I tried for several hours over several days and finally had to give up. I am returning the device and will not get another one as I only have one phone (which could have future problems, or I buy a new one) and then I will not be able to access the camera. Or I may want to use different internet services for my wi-fi and this is not made for that. So if you are never going to change phones, reset your phone or change internet services, then this little guy is great.

Bought this to use in our camp trailer to keep an eye on our dogs while we were away from the campground. The campground has full Wi-Fi which our phones could connect to easily but this camera struggled to connect to the Wi-Fi. It was also incredibly slow to respond to adjustments via the app. Ended up returning it and will sell something more reliable.

The media could not be loaded.  I was always worried about my dog when I went outside because he has a lot of separation anxiety. But now I'm happy to be able to see my dog all the time,thanks to this smart cam. It's especially amazing that my dog can hear my voice and also I can hear my dog.The camera quality is clean and bright.Every time my dog barks or moves, the sense works and an alarm rings to me. I'm very satisfied with this camera.

The item itself is fair, but no customer service. I had some trouble setting it up, but theres literally not even a phone number to call, but I managed to get it set up. It's been working for a few months, then the software needed an update and after the update the app stopped sending me notification. It's supposed to notify me if theres motion or sound, but I wasn't getting any notifications. I double checked all my settings, I shouldve been getting notifications. Again, I looked for a customer service number, no luck. But I did email customer service. In the email I told them all the phone and app setting were correct, but I wasn't getting notifications. Over a week later, they email me back one line, "Did you check the settings on your phone?" I know in my email to them I said I had checked that! They were useless. I ended up deleting the camera from my app and deleting the app from my phone. I installed everything again as new and it's working again. But if I were to purchase a second camera, I'd probably go with someone who had better customer service. This customer service was very unhelpful.

Awesome video resolution and crsip clear picture quality with wide anlge lense are so amazing comparing with most china made cameras. You can also change angles into desirable direction by remote from anywhere.Besides you can check temperature and humility at the same time. What else do I need more?I was little confused to set this camera initially because no detail manual was found in my box. But I still give out 5star rating.
