Monty Bojangles Coconut Crush Cocoa Dusted Truffles, 150g

I was a bit in a rush so didn't look at the reviews and ordered those truffles. I only wanted one box and it was supposed to be a gift. When I got them I realised there were 2 boxes so I obviously decided to munch on one of them right away 🤣Thank god I did, as once I opened it, it was a big melted lump just like on the pictures of the reviewers below.Reached out to amazon customer service who refunded this order right away.Also, Monty's customer service reached out to me and sent a replacement directly from their HQ. This has just arrived and even by shaking the box I can hear there are perfectly separated truffles and not a big lump I got from amazon.I would suggest the brand following up on this with amazon as their chocolates are the most delicious and so so beautiful, and the customer service is so lovely. But the state their products arrive in from Amazon is damaging the brand :(Maybe they should look at fulfilled by seller option instead to have a full control over the product and its packaging that is being sent out to the customers. It clearly has not melted during the delivery as it was hardened and cold, meaning it has previously melted somewhere in amazon storage.

A tad overpriced for what you get but overall it's good chocolate though gets very rich fast so 2/3 is the most I can handle at a time without having to grab water or milk to calm it down.I'd say go for this or Lindt as a chocolate gift for a loved one or even if it's for your own personal consumption.

This is a bittersweet review, as we adore Monty Bonjangles - they're amazing chocolates! So much so that we ordered and spent hundreds of pounds on them to give as gifts to our family whom live in the States and don't have easy access to them.We purchased a wide variety of Monty Bojangles boxes with various flavors to then divide out in our own gift bags to people. Most of the truffles are sold and come in individually and colourfully wrapped pieces, which makes the task of sharing them easy (and possible.)However with the Cookie Moon and Popcorn Carousel boxes we ordered, the came in a single foil vacuum bag, and once opened we were unable to distribute them out to others individually because they weren't in their own sleeves.We wouldn't have ordered them if this had been made apparent on the listing. We had bought so much Monty Bojangle's product up to that point (and for years in the past too), and the truffles had never not been individually wrapped. It didn't cross our mind that it would be anything different with these flavors.They are a bit too expensive to have multiple boxes of truffles that you can't then share with people and instead have to leave open from that large of a box.Hope this can be thought about by the company going forward, or at the very minimum, a change in their listing/labelling is in order so people can be confident with what they are buying.Wonderful chocolate I must say again! Just a real disappoint too close to travelling for Christmas to rectify on our gift ideas.

Love these, great for gifting, if you can stop yourself from eating them .

I love the dark chocolate flavour, with the addition of real candied orange pieces. A real hit when you get the chocolate urge, and one or two pieces are enough. I mostly buy them for myself, but have also gifted them to friends. Try them.

These are delicious chocolates and quite a saving. However they are not suitable as a gift as the two boxes come wrapped in clear film covered in white labels. Once the film is removed the boxes are flimsy and unstable.
