Fit & Lean Meal Shake, Fat Burning Meal Replacement, Protein, Fiber, Probiotics, Vanilla, 1lb, 10 Servings Per Container

Ive been trying this product for 3 days (May 6-9) now and it TASTE great, especially cold. But my container is almost gone. Today is Saturday May 9th and I would probably be done Monday MAX. Theyre serving suggest 2scoops for 8oz fluid...but that is just not filling enough to replace a meal. So I use 2scoops with 16oz of water. I add about 1/4 scoop more just to sweeten it a tad more..if youre counting calories that's only (vanilla) 157.5 calories for 2¹/⁴ scoops in 16oz of water. Ive only been drinking 2 per day and I'm already having to buy another. It was definitely only filled HALFWAY.. If that's .97lbs , you all need a smaller container. I'm going to try cookies&creme next. But the taste is good for vanilla. As far as grittiness, it can be if not shaken well..but its never horrible. Ive been slowly weening myself off solid food and ive been drinking these with ACV pills. My cravings for solid food have lessened. With these meals ive went from eating about 1300 calories a day to eating around 800-900 calories with solid food. and i don't feel starved at all. SUPER TMI, but I have been having slight gas lol.. Thats probably the milk protein which is why I wanted a soy protein based shake..but this was low in carbs and high in protein and affordable so I chose it. And it is worth the money. Out of 10, I give it a 8... Because its filled HALFWAY and thats disappointing... The placebo is hard for grasp. Id much rather have a small container filled to the rim, versus a larger container filled halfway. *Update: I did infact run out of the vanilla Monday May 11 ( my first batch lasted me 5 days total) , but my cookies and creme just arrived today and to my surprise it was filled more than halfway...I definitely had 25% more powder this time.. And I'm excited! Its delicious omg!

This shake is a miracle for me and my 44 year struggle with abusing food and yo yo dieting. I can't tell you how many different shakes I've tried, they'd last an hour or two and then I'd be ravenous again. I get really hungry to the point of feeling sick, if I don't eat soon enough I get head pain. So I've been eating various healthy (expensive) snack bars between meals to stave off my hunger. I was super sceptical but after 4 nights of having it for dinner I'm thrilled! It curbs my hunger for 6 hours so far, probably still does for a while when I'm sleeping. No bloating, frequent elimination, my stomach is shrinking already drinking 1 shake a day. I'm eating 2 meals a day not working, I'll have 3 when I get back to work, shakes for lunch and dinner. I'm 65, was being phased in back to work after 3 months off (gained 20lbs). I mix the shake like this: 3 ice cubes, fill shaker bottle to 8 ounces, 2 scoops of vanilla, shaker ball on top and shake. Mixes beautifully, creamy, reasonably thick, I like the taste, sure beats icky green smoothies that can make me gag. Losing weight will be a breeze, for the last time, I'll keep some on hand if I have a pig out week on vacation or something. Buying it on Subscribe & Save makes it good value, how many meals do you eat that are just over $2? As for the big container, it's probably to fit the scoop in with the powder. I'm soooo very grateful for this shake, my salvation! Thank you.

I just about fell over when I see that I am supposed to put TWO scoops in 8 oz of liquid. I can BARELY handle a HALF scoop in 16 oz of skim milk!!! Concerned I am not going to get the benefit I need from this, having to use so little. I was really excited by the all encompassing aspects of this product, but it's been completely overshadowed by the sweetness. Looks like there is no negative impact of sugar calories it is just flavour, which I triple checked, but gag worthy sweetness for me. Totally unsure if I will purchase again. I don't see any other of their products that will be better in this regard. I will look again for something else before next purchase.

By far, this is the best meal replacement shake. I have bought and trust me I bought mini different brands. I am no expert on these replacements, but I can tell you I’m a big-time snacker. I drink one meal replacement shake for breakfast and it holds me over until lunch sometime I will have another one at lunch and then eat dinner or I may eat lunch and have one for dinner regardless of how you choose to do it. It really works on that note. I do not just drink it quickly drink it slow and enjoy the taste. I had a little bit of berries to it along with my collagen of course and I will add my purely inspired organic greens as well. Has 39 super foods in it mix it and there you go that is all you need , recommend this brand. I just wish they would come out with bigger containers of it.

I find the flavor of this a little more tolerable as it isn't as sweet as others I've tried, but I see sucralose in the ingredients rather than stevia, so that might be why. The texture, however, is a lite harder to deal with. Does not mix well. Very chunky. Just do what I do and gulp it down as fast as possible if you hate the texture as much as I do. I've been using this in the morning as a meal replacement and it keeps me from feeling hungry-sick all the way to lunch time. I've also used it before trail running in the morning. I start to feel sick if I do too much before eating something but this keeps that from happening while I get a few miles in. Tried mixing fruit with it, but to me it just didn't pair well. Tasted more like grainy and mildly fruity ice cream instead of a fruit smoothie. I only gave it three stars because of the chunky texture and the fact that the container comes only half full. The extra space needs filled or the container needs to be smaller. You also only get ten servings.

The formula itself is great, tastes good (not too overpowering on taste) and drives effective results. Though the packaging is a waste of space and trying to be misleading. Clearly led by a marketing team looking on how to trick buyers to pick this from the shelf and not the next oprion. Package comes LITERALLY less than 1/3 full, and so huge full of air just to fool people to buy it. Pure case of form over function to drive sales, and then stays in your kitchen occupying much more space than what it needs to. Question here is: since I'm buying this online on Amazon, based on product nutrient specs and good reviews... Then why should I care about the BIG SIZE trying to trick me that product is more value for money? Being so huge is just causing waste of packaging cardboard, air transportation etc... Finally: This is marketed as a "green/healthy conscious" product. but being green is also about preserving the earth and wasting resources. Pls go and redo package 😉

The shake isn’t as thick or tasty as I imagined. But the effect is noticeable. I feel full and energized.
