The media could not be loaded. Came in perfectly packaged, nothing damaged. Installation was pretty easy, it doesn’t fit for 3 holes, it only fits for one. The connections to the angle valve are long enough to reach the typical maybe 12in at length to the angle valves, they also are 3/8” connections. No leaks as long as you know to use plumbers tape. It looks pretty nice and the pressure is great! Honestly it scared me at first on how fast it came out. It’s not rough or hard to use, the quality is pretty great as well.

It's a faucet that works well and looks nice. Not much more I can say than that, but that's pretty much everything you need to know about the product. I bought this to install in a bathroom at my elderly parent's house and my mom who is picky about things really likes it, so also there is that. One thing that this also has going on for it, the braided stainless water supply lines are a good length. Replacing a component like a faucet in an existing/older construction house, I was worried because there was only a few inches of copper supply tubing coming into the under sink area. This faucet and its braided supply lines worked out to be a Goldilocks, just the right fit.

A great do it yourself project to replace 40 year old leaking faucet. A bit smaller than I though it would be, but otherwise looks good and works great so far.

Packaging: Shipped in a Amazon brown box and contents were nicely packaged in a branded brown box.Product Impressions: Our previous faucet sprung a leak so we tried this one since we aren't looking to spend a lot on something like this. Installed super easily- just note that the water supply lines are pre installed even though the directions ask you to install them which was puzzling but once they are installed it's almost impossible to remove them with a wrench. Install was easy and product works and no leaks yet.Usability: Worked great, fingerprints are easy to see with the chrome but that's expected and OK to us.Overall Thoughts: Cheap quality product and has GREAT water pressure.

Disappointed in this faucet for a few reasons. First, know that it does NOT come with a drain... you have to purchase that separately. Didn't realize that and required a run to the nearest hardware store before it could be installed. But morseo, the faucet itself is veers to the right; it was a manufacturer glitch that looks wonky. But since I had someone else install it and it was in already, couldn't really return it and will have to live with it (see photos). I would have to say poor quality of manufacturing and quality control. It works fine, but that offset is going to drive me nuts. Will have to eventually replace and pay again for another install. UPDATE: Company provided a refund for the defective unit. So I added one star.
