Does the shaker have a built in strainer?

The tip of the shaker lid comes off and it's a strainer and there is the circular piece that covers the open mixer cup that works as a strainer as well.

Is the rose gold set machine washable?

I bought the Titanium Plated style and the Plating started flaking/chipping off after the 1st few uses and continually got worse. (and I never used it in the dishwasher - only washed by hand) ... I contacted the seller with my complaint, and they replaced it for free with the Stainless-Steel style ... and it's Perfect. There is No coating/plating on it to flake or chip off ... I do Not recommend Any of the Plated style bartender sets.
