How comfortable are they with all day wear, walking & no socks?

I find them very comfortable. I have red, black, and tan ones and I wear them all day and I am mostly on my feet all day. I do not wear socks with them but I do sprinkle a little foot powder in them before I wear them. I love these shoes and hope you enjoy them!

Do these shoes fit true to size?

I bought the 7 1/2 which is my usual size and they touch my big toe but should be ok. I am keeping them since the 8 would be way too big. Also once I wear them a couple times they will stretch a hint and be perfect! Hope this helps!

The description for the black says it's fabric/textile. It appears to be leather? Is it?

Mine are leather! It doesn't say so on the box, but I looked inside and it is stamped "leather upper". I rarely buy shoes that aren't leather.
