Tilde Pro Over-Ear Hybrid Bluetooth Office Headset (Pro-C Plus)

I bought this headset mainly for meetings in a busy office. On that front, this headset is amazing. The guy at the desk beside is super loud, and he isnt picked up by the mic, and the noise canceling really does work well. If you spend a lot of time in Zoom or Google Meet, this headset is a godsend.However, there is one particularly annoying problem with this headset when used on a Mac. The sound just cuts out for no reason every once in a while. For example, you'll be listening to something on Spotify (really any program with an audio stream) and the audio goes out. The song/podcast/etc is still playing, it's just you can't hear it. If you stop the media player, wait about 5 seconds, and start it again, the audio mysteriously comes back. None of my bluetooth headphones have this problem. I wonder if's related to the USB dongle, and the fact that I have to use a USB-C adapter? Who knows....but it's super annoying and almost becoming a showstopper for me.

These just did not work for me. I wear hearing aids & glasses. I had a problem hearing my callers. These are really great quality, probably the best I have seen, I'm disappointed that they just did not work for me. I also thought that they were heavy and uncomfortable after my 12 hour days in a call center and after about 8 hours, I felt that they were heavy & uncomfortable, especially with my glasses.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel as though this product was fraudulently promoted. And on top of that it’s not even good at other things.- NOISE CANCELING: The noise canceling only works while you are speaking. And, at that, not well. Nowhere near what the YouTube videos promoting it suggest.- COMFORT: For the first time in my life I’ve come across headphones that are literally unwearable. The strap tears into the top of your head. The earcups tear into your ears. I’m almost in disbelief as if no one even put these on before offering them for sale.- BLUETOOTH: The Bluetooth chip in these might be the weakest I’ve ever used. Simply walking out of the room causes audio quality to degrade immediately. Two steps down the hall and you lose all signal. Compare that to literally ANY other Bluetooth headphones even AirPods and I almost feel as though I’ve been ripped off.- MULTI-DEVICE: Switching between devices is not smooth at all. Sometimes it will lose the ability to use the mic on one device or lose the ability to hear audio on the other. Sometimes it will literally mute itself. I’ve had to restart my PC to get them to work from time to time. Embarrassing!!! Especially on sales calls.If you were led here by reviews online I guarantee you these are not worth the price. As a matter of fact they are worthless. Do not buy. I used them for three months straight every single day to be sure. Try an established brand.

This is my third attempt to write a review without some kind of system error, so I'll hit all the high points.1. Filed for a return after a few hours of use.2. Noise cancellation seems to work well.3. Audio quality is very good.4. Can't Answer/End calls remotely on CiscoJabber. (primary reason for purchase)5. MS Teams will allow you to answer/end callsremotely, but I rarely use Teams for calls.6. I can't speak to all the features as I grewdisenchanted with the headset fairly quickly.7. I would like to say that it's nice to see a product made in a Western European country as opposed to China.8. Two stars for the audio quality and noisecancellation, but not worth the price tag.

The design was excellent but since I lost sound in and/or out for absolute no reason, I had to return it.

I lost 80% of my hearing in the military. These headphones are great for my job and cancels out the background noise. They work so well, that I have to take them off to hear my co-workers.

I bought these back in July. A few months ago, they stopped working as good as they once did. They would drop the mic sound (even though it's connected and working 2 seconds prior). Now it's flashing purple and there is nothing I can do to turn it on. I've contacted customer service but no response yet. Save your money - they are not worth the price AT ALL

The Audio Noise cancellation is not as comparable to other Headphones with the same price range. The Microphone noise cancellation is better than most and the addition of the removable boom mic is quite useful.Love the placement of the lights and their usefulness.If your intention is to have all noise blocked out when listening, there are other headphones that could do it better. But if you looking for microphone noise cancellation, this is very good.For Music, could use a bit of a bump on Bass and fullness.
