Keeps me focus to follow a rhythm while running. The little weight it is a great little extra push.

Surprisingly Effective
Extremely effective when combined with elliptical, treadmill and HIIT training to max HR. I was surprised at their versatility in my cardio work.

It took a day to get used to. Now I have perfect form in my daily jogging, which includes hills.

Levels you up in any sport or activity.
I agree with Christopher. Disappointed with GVC. If you cannot come up with ways to incorporate this into any sport or physical activity then you are not active enough.Buyers try this. While in hand, pretend you are throwing water in someone’s face from different angles. Slowly at first then progress with speed and sharpness. You’ll eventually feel your core working.
