On a journey this year to improve my health: weight, cognitive function, clean eating, proper nutrition and better sleep. I’ve spent a lot of time devoting myself to research on one specific nutrient at a time and recently that study was on Magnesium. The pills are large but smooth, rounded and easy to swallow. And the best part - I noticed a difference the first night I took one. At night I am better able to calm my racing thoughts and physical discomfort. As someone with sleep apnea and severe insomnia with a completely broken circadian rhythm, this magnesium has eased me into sleep for 4 nights in a row now. It’s not a harsh knock out but a smooth calm and comfort. I actually feel tired for once and am getting 7-8 hours of sleep rather than 4-6 hours. This brand of Magnesium works great. I was in a situation where I never got much sleep. Since day 3 of taking the 3 pill dosage I have slept better than the past year. I will continue taking this and order again. I highly recommend this product. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

I definitely notice a difference taking the magnesium complex. This one also does not upset my digestive system.

I am 78 years old and had random leg cramps for some years in the evening. Since I started taking this, I almost never have them anymore, and if I do, they’re very short term and very light. Mostly I never have them at all. I’m not under any illusion; they will not work for everybody, but they did work for me and I’m pretty grateful. Obviously each one of you is going to find out for yourself, and it may be worth a try.
