Please send us a photo showing the problem. • We do not accept returns if you change your mind or you just decided that you do not want the product anymore. Please understand that these requirements are necessary to maintain these products in the un-worn condition due to hygiene. This way, each customer can buy an un-used product. • Shipping charges are not refundable. • All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from Perfect Figure's warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt in the following conditions: o The item must be new, unused, unwashed. o Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipping back in their original packaging. o Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume when trying on garments. o Any garment returned used, soiled or washed will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. o We can accept exchanges between sizes, but they are subject to availability. o All returns are inspected.
