This roller is very helpful for sore muscles & trigger points. There is some pain involved when rolling but it really works out the soreness. The foot roller is great for those of us dealing with plantar fasciitis - the extra little roller is useful for kinks in the neck, which I have often. Great value getting all 3 items!

Four rollers are included: Large hard, studded foam roller that is great for large muscle groups (back, shoulders, legs, chest), while the inner (red) softer roller still provides sufficient core foam to be a deep massager. The foot roller keeps the balls/arches of the foot stimulated, and can be used while at a standing desk to keep stimulation going. The small "button" roller is useful for hard to reach or delicate areas. Immediate shipment; bag to carry all of the elements is nice, although quite thin material.

This is a good buy. I like the little round thing and the foot thing. I have had it for a week and I feel better already. Not that I was feeling bad, but now better. I got it to work on my Fascia. It's good.

I had made a review previously abt this product I really liked it and actually I still do, however the inner part snapped and each time I do my rolling it cracks and make a cracking sound and it also feels weird can this be replaced … ok so it cannot be used no more it just cracked can I get a replacement I got this broduct in 2022

I'm an avid mountain biker but I also work a desk job and my muscles get tight. This has been a tremendous help and a great addition to my routine. The hand roller doesn't do much for me but I knew that before buying this because I already had one. The rigid foam roller and soft foam roller are the perfect density and texture. The foot roller is really nice too. Especially if you're on your feet all day. Worth every penny and no complaints so far.

I've had this roller since October. I've used it maybe 30 times and I'm 150lbs. I tried to use this today before work and the internal plastic cylinder split in half. Making it literally useless. Don't buy this product at all. They do not care about quality.

This product is great because it comes with many parts. But after a couple of months, the interior plastic lining of the roller cracked, and everytime I use it I can feel where its broken, and it makes a lot of noise. I would suggest just buying a high quality foam roller.

Worked amazing for a little time, but after barely three months the rigid plastic inside broke and made it unuseable. For the price that it costs this is unacceptable.
